Delete Your Step Account and Data

If you wish to delete your Step account and all associated data, please follow the steps outlined below. We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your personal information.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to info@stephabits.com with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request."

  2. In the email, include the following details:

    • Your full name

    • Your registered email address

    • Your user ID (if known)

  3. We will process your request and confirm the deletion of your account within 30 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When you request an account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Your user profile and account details

  • All chatbot conversation history associated with your account

  • Any calendar data that was shared with our app (if applicable)

Data That May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period or as required by law, such as:

  • Transaction records for billing and audit purposes

  • Data necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
