These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Step Habits website, apps, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Step Habits (“Step Habits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) The Service
Step Habits provides tools to support habit-building and wellness goals. The Service may include features powered by third parties (for example, payment processors and other service providers).
No medical advice. Step Habits is for general wellness and informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
2) Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or older if required by your jurisdiction). Some features may require you to create an account in the Step Habits app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3) Subscriptions and Billing
3.1 Subscription Products
We may offer paid subscriptions (including promotional or “grandfathered” pricing plans). Subscription benefits may evolve over time.
Grandfathered pricing. If you purchase a grandfathered plan, you keep that price while your subscription remains active, unless we are required to change pricing for legal, tax, or operational reasons.
3.2 Payment Processing
Payments for web subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, RevenueCat and its underlying payment processor). We do not store your full payment card details.
3.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
3.4 Taxes
Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location and the purchase flow. Where required, taxes will be added at checkout.
4) Cancelation and Refunds
4.1 Cancelation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access through that period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
4.2 Refunds
Refunds (if any) are handled according to the checkout terms shown at purchase time and the policies of the payment provider. Unless required by law, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

5) Early Access and Activation in the App
If you subscribe through the website before in-app subscription activation is available, your paid access may require a future app update or account activation step.
We will provide instructions for activating benefits in the Step Habits app when available.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
misuse the Service, interfere with normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access,
reverse engineer or circumvent security,
use the Service to violate laws or infringe the rights of others.
